How much does shipping cost?

Our NZ shipping prices are below:

  • Auckland Urban $5
  • North Island: $15
  • South Island: $25

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $250.

How long does it take to deliver?

Once your order is placed, it will usually take 1-2 working days to process your order. Once processed, orders will generally arrive within 3-5 working days there after.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer physical pick-up for Auckland orders ONLY. We currently don’t have a physical shop, but a local collection point is available (in Westgate, Auckland).

If you’re based in Auckland, simply select the pick-up option at checkout, and we’ll provide the collection details and arrange a suitable time and date once your order is ready.
