SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Our NZ shipping prices are below:
- North Island: $10
- South Island: $15
We also offer free shipping on all orders over $250.
How long does it take to deliver?
Once your order is placed, it will usually take 1-2 working days to process your order. Once processed, orders will generally arrive within 3-5 working days there after.
I live outside NZ. Do you ship overseas?
We only ship within NZ and do not currently ship internationally.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not offer physical pick ups of purchased items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return a order?
Yes, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return a order?
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@arcgolf.co.nz with your name, order number and product. We'll then be in touch to start the process.

ORDER STATUS
Can I track my order online?
Yes, the orders tracking number will be emailed through once the order has been dispatched. If you have not received this please email contact@arcgolf.co.nz.
What is the status of my online order?
Once you have been provided a tracking number, you will be able to see where it is at during the shipping process. If there are any issues please reach out to contact@arcgolf.co.nz.
